Girlguiding Cambridgeshire East is part of Girlguiding, the leading charity for girls and young women in the UK. Our county covers the eastern side of Cambridgeshire from Wisbech, south to Duxford, and from Cambourne, east to Newmarket. There are Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Ranger groups across the county and local units typically meet weekly or fortnightly during school terms.
The county is organised into 8 divisions that, in turn, are made up of 2 to 5 districts. Individual units occasionally join together for larger group events in their district and division. County teams of volunteers organise activity days and residential adventures for our young members, and training events so that our volunteers can keep up-to-date and learn new skills.
