Then the “effective communication” and “celebrating every member” trainings are just for you. Come along and complete that part of your LDP \nAre you a young leader? There is a training session just for you \nAre you a leader looking for help running your unit? Sign up for the “making the programme work for you” and/or “neurodiversity” training \nInformal/fun sessions\nWe’ve also got sessions for those who want to have a go at something new (or do something you enjoy without having to supervise young people at the same time!). \n\nGo for gold on the archery range\nLearn the technique of canal art\nHave fun outdoors with fire lighting and backwoods cooking\nPut up a hammock\nTry whittling with wood or soap carving\nMake more noise than your Rainbows/Brownies/Guides/Rangers at the music session using hand chimes\, boom whackers and ocarinas\nBecome an expert at knots and gadget making\nFind out about and try orienteering and all the resources available in the Jarman Centre activity store\n\nAll day sessions\nThere are other activities available all day that you can dip in and out off – no need to sign up \n\ntry out the various crafts kits that you can hire from the county\nsee what goodies are on sale in the Jarman Centre shop\nexplore the grounds of the Jarman Centre – maybe even do some fence painting or bramble clearing! You’ll need to bring appropriate clothes for this\nhave a look and feel of the new uniform – see what is available from the Hautbois shop\ndrink tea and coffee and chat to others – share experiences\, frustrations and ideas
